Jumping Lunges
Side Plank Windmill
Snatch Balance
Kip Swings

WOD:

14 min EMOM:
Even: 1 Round of “Cindy”
Odd: 2 Snatches @ 75% of your 1RM Snatch

*1 round of “Cindy” = 5 Pull Ups + 10 Push Ups + 15 Air Squats
Scale reps and movements to have at least 10-15 seconds of rest.  Start out at the prescribed rep scheme and see how you do. You might surprise yourself 😉
