Getting Started!

Curious about starting CrossFit?

Option 1:

Come to any of our classes and try CrossFit out for FREE to see if you like it.

Option 2:

Sign up and join our KickStart Class.

The KickStart Class is our introductory series for beginning CrossFitters.  We will teach the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit along with equipment familiarization and lectures on topics related to your health and wellness.  This 6 week series is highly recommended prior to joining us for our other CrossFit classes.  Each session lasts approximately an hour and is at 6:30pm Mondays and Wednesdays and 5:30pm Fridays during the cycles.
