In 500m increments row 4000m
20 OH Squats after each 500m (95/65)

*Partner one will start on the rower, while partner two waits for them to finish 500m. Once partner one gets to 500m, they will get off the rower and complete 20 OHS while parter two gets on the rower and starts their 500m. Parter one will rest after they finish their 20 OHS until partner two finishes their 500m. Continue this pattern until 4000m is completed in total. Finish with OHS. Score is total time to finish the 4000m and complete the final set of OHS.
