          *1 Rep = 1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 shoulder to OH, 1 back squat, 1 shoulder to OH from the back rack
Even: 10 Box Jumps (30/24)

*During the complex you may not squat clean the first rep, you must power clean and then front squat. However, you may Thruster instead of Push Press
