Our CrossFit program is designed to build broad, functional fitness that prepares you for whatever life throws your way. We believe that true fitness isn't about specializing in one thing; it’s about being ready for everything.

What makes this program unique is its universal scalability. Whether you are an elite athlete preparing for competition or a grandparent looking to reclaim your health, the fundamental movements you need are the same. We don’t change the program; we simply adjust the weight and intensity to match your current fitness level. No matter your experience or background, this workout is built for you.

Getting Started

What to Expect At Your First Class

Stepping into our facility for the first time might feel a little intimidating, and that is completely normal! You’ll likely see unfamiliar movements, people doing different variations of the same workout, and a whole lot of high-fives at the end.

This is the beginning of an exciting journey. Our community is here to root for you, and you are going to quickly discover just how capable you really are. Before you jump in, here is everything you need to know to prepare for day one.

Book Your Spot

Our classes are capped so our coaches can give you the personalized attention you deserve. Be sure to view our schedule and reserve your spot ahead of time!

Keep it simple. Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable workout clothes, and put on some relatively flat-soled sneakers. We provide all the equipment you will need.

What to bring

A set of three colored insulated bottles in pastel shades of pink, orange, and blue with metallic caps, arranged diagonally on a white surface, casting shadows.
A round wall clock showing the time as 1:48 with a white background and black frame.

Arrive a little early

Aim to get here about 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class. This gives us time to show you around, point out the restrooms and cubbies, and have you sign a quick waiver.

meet your coach

Introduce yourself and let the coach know it’s your first day! If you have any past injuries or physical limitations, please let them know. They are here to guide you and will safely modify the workout to fit your current needs.

Inside A One-Hour Class

Every class is a one-hour group session led from start to finish by one of our expert coaches. Here is how we break it down:

  • A gym wall decorated with workout schedule and motivational posters, with stacks of weight plates and kettlebells on the floor, and weights organized on racks.

    The Whiteboard Brief

We always start by gathering around the whiteboard. Your coach will explain the day's workout, the goal for the session, and how we can scale movements. Don't stress if the terminology sounds like a foreign language. We will break it all down for you!

  • Close-up of a person's bent leg and foot wearing a black sneaker with a rugged tire sole, on a black athletic shoe, on a dark surface.

    Warm-up

A guided group warm-up to get your blood flowing and prep your muscles for the work ahead.

  • Stacked weight plates and kettlebells in a gym setting.

    Skill Practice

We’ll practice the specific movements for that day. For your first class, the focus is entirely on safe technique using light weights or a PVC pipe.

  • People participating in a CrossFit class, lifting barbells, in a gym with black floors and equipment.

    Workout Prep

Everyone grabs their gear and sets up their station.

  • A man wearing a white and blue Los Angeles Dodgers baseball cap and athletic clothing is standing in a gym, with a young woman exercising on a treadmill in the foreground. The gym has weight racks, exercise machines, and bookshelves in the background.

    The Workout

The clock starts, and we all tackle the challenge together.

  • A close-up of a person's hand resting on a set of black and gray rubber weights, with a hand towel underneath their palm, in a gym environment.

    Clean Up

Once the timer goes off, expect some fist bumps. We wipe down our gear, put it away, and head back to the board.

Tracking Your Progress

A smartphone screen displaying a calculator app with the number 69 entered, and the words 'BENCH PRESS' in bright green text over the screen.

At the end of class, we log our results. Whether that's a time, the weight used, or the number of reps completed. CrossFit is measurable, and tracking this data allows you to clearly see your fitness improving over time.

Remember, this is day one! Do not worry about what the person next to you scored; this is simply your personal starting line.
