Wednesday WOD 12/21/16

Don’t forget if you wish to attend the 5am class you will need to sign up online no later than 30min before the class. If no one is signed up ahead of time there will not be a coach at the gym at 5am. There will also be a penalty to be completed if you sign up and don’t show up. To sign up, go to our website and hit the schedule tab then select the class you want to sign up for. From there you will need to log in to your member account and hit reserve on the far right of the screen. If you have issues with this send me an email so I still know you want to attend.
