Skill Work:

Rope Climbs – work on the footwork for the rope climb before today’s WOD

WOD:

Odd: 7 Right Arm DB Push Press + 7 Left Arm DB Push Press (50/35)
Even: 1 Rope Climb (modify to 7 pull ups)
